Here's one song I can think of. I THINK it's titled "Has Anybody Seen Amy?" and came out in 1994....a country song, but I can't tell you who did it. It goes "Has anyone seen Amy -- her tan bare feet on the summer time street?"
Elvis had a beach song in one of his beach movies, "Take Your Barefoot Baby by the Hand." That MAY have been the title, too!
