Aah ja.
Es war früher üblich kurze Hosen anzuziehen, Beine und Füsse zu waschen und dann die Trauben zu stampfen. Allerdings heute sicher eher selten.
Alles mechanisiert mit elektrischen Traubenpressen. Auch notwendig weil die Kellereien ab einer gewissen Grösse nur so das anfallende Volumen schaffen.
Das Traubenstampfen mit den Füssen wird aber vielleicht noch gemacht bei kleinen Privatwinzern in Frankreich, Italien oder Portugal.

"trading" wäre "Handel treiben", aber "grape treading" stimmt schon.

it it`s called grape crushing, you can do it in portugal these days and yes you must do it certainly, it`s a lovely feeling the grapes crushes between your toes
